Non-Refundable Products

Custom-Made Products: Some of our products are custom-made according to the specific requirements and preferences of our customers, such as personalized phone cases with user-uploaded designs. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns for these custom-made products once an order has been processed. This policy is in place because custom-made products cannot be resold or repurposed for other customers.

Pre-Designed Products: For products featuring our pre-designed artwork, we offer refunds or exchanges if the item is faulty or defective, as outlined in the "Faulty or Defective Products" section below.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been processed. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before finalizing your purchase. If you need assistance before placing your order, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Faulty or Defective Products

We strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality. If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please follow the steps below to initiate a replacement or refund.

Steps to Report a Faulty Product:

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing info@vashashop.lt with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Description of the fault or defect
    • Photographic evidence of the fault or defect
  • Assessment: Our quality control team will assess the reported fault or defect. If the product is deemed faulty or defective, we will proceed with the following options:

Replacement or Refund:

  • Replacement: We will replace the faulty or defective product at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund in the form of a voucher. This voucher will be for the original purchase value plus an additional 20% as compensation for the inconvenience.

Voucher Details:

  • The voucher is non-transferable and can be used on our website for future purchases.
  • The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

Returns for Pre-Designed Products

For products featuring our pre-designed artwork, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at info@vashashop.lt to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Variations Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color, design placement, or image quality may occur due to the printing process. These minor differences are normal and do not qualify as defects. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Exclusions

This return and refund policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product
  • Minor variations in color, design, or other specifications, as these are inherent in custom-made products

This policy complies with Lithuanian consumer laws, including but not limited to the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. We ensure that all customer complaints regarding faulty products are handled in accordance with these laws.
