Our phone cases are made from high-quality materials designed to protect your device. We offer Snap cases made of durable polycarbonate and Tough cases that feature a dual-layer design with a shock-absorbing TPU interior and a hard polycarbonate shell exterior.

Which phone models do you offer cases for?

We provide cases for a wide range of phone models, including all iPhones from iPhone 6 onwards, Samsung Galaxy models from S7, and popular models from brands like Huawei, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Motorola.

Are your phone cases compatible with MagSafe®?

Yes, our Tough and Elite phone cases are available in both MagSafe® compatible and non-compatible options. Please check the specifications when selecting your case type. Note that Snap cases are not compatible with MagSafe®.

Do your phone cases have a raised bezel for camera protection?

Yes, all our cases feature a raised bezel around the camera to protect your phone's lens from scratches and direct contact with flat surfaces when placed on its back.

Can I return a custom-made product?

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are tailored specifically to your requirements. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping within Lithuania typically takes 2-3 business days after a processing time of 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

I haven’t received my tracking information, what do I do?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order was placed and you still haven’t received the tracking information, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a faulty product, notify us within 14 days by emailing info@vashashop.lt with your order number, a description, and photos of the defect. We will assess and offer a replacement or a voucher refund.
